Review of a document that has your vote of confidence.

Level 2
A deeper look at structure and logic.

•  Ensure consistency of tone or voice
•  Highlight wordy or convoluted sections

$6 per page of 250 words


Level 3
In-depth editing, idea-generation and fact-checking.
•  Services of Levels One & Two
•  Focus on clarity of thought and message
•  Rewrite of wordy or convoluted sections
•  Query faulty organization, logic, facts; offer suggestions

$8 per page of 250 words


After reviewing a sample of the document, you and Jo will decide which level will best suit your needs, taking into account the document’s final use, your budget and turnaround time.

There is a minimum charge of $30 per job; additional fees apply for rush jobs. Rates are based on editing Microsoft Word documents or hard copy.

Experience.

A voracious reader with an eye for detail, Jo Steigerwald offers a rich variety of professional experience. In addition to her work with Felixco, Inc., she was a proofreader for The David Group, an advertising agency specializing in recruitment marketing. Her background includes over 15 years of experience as a writer, editor and proofreader in the advertising/public relations industry; teaching 10th and 11th grade English and college composition; and working as a contributing writer for The Cleveland Scene and Kirkus Discoveries.

Jo has received awards for her work in advertising and for her poetry.  Her volunteer experience encompasses literacy advocacy and neighborhood quality-of-life and safety initiatives.
